  1. All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, it is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except as set forth below. 
  2. You May Request a Refund or Exchange for:
    1. Incomplete or Damaged Items: If your purchase is incomplete or damaged, please provide a photo of the item or description of the missing materials. We will be happy to either replace the item(s) or issue a refund, based on your request.
    2. If you received the wrong item or the wrong number of items: Please reach out to us and we will be happy to make it right by providing the correct item or number of items.
